Ashley was the best during purchasing she helped guide us through negotiation and was always available to look at homes with us. We got a really good price on a place that was on the market for a while. For selling she was a godsend. We had a nightmare situation and she managed to guide us through while keeping everyone informed and we still came out in the positive. Highly Recommended!

She always made herself available to show any homes I had an interest in, she would send me homes that she thought I might have an interest in based on my own personal criteria (in addition to what she thought would make a good investment), and was honest with her personal appraisal of any property. She never tried to convince me a home was for me when she could sense that I was hesitant to give off that "this is my home" feeling. She also worked very hard in negotiations and had good relationships with other sellers which I felt gave me an edge during the bidding process. During both the sale and purchase, Ashley remained very responsive, and persistent in following up with the buyer/seller, thorough and timely with every document and question. My work schedule often requires me to work on weekends, so she arranged for many weekday showings on very little notice. Her advice on relative home values and negotiating techniques seemed overall very sound. She was still very responsive when we had questions after we closed.

From multiple viewings to actually putting in our offer, Ashley was supportive and helpful throughout the entire process. She knew the local market exceptionally well, and as such, we were able to time our offer to a listing towards the end of the peak of the bubble, meaning we were able to offer a list without giving up any contingencies (which at the time was almost unheard of). We had previously scheduled meetings with Ashley to learn about all of the different steps to buying a home, but once we saw the home we knew we wanted, we had to move fast. As such, she ended up giving us the crash course in a few hours, and we got our offer in, and it was accepted later that same day. Leading up to closing and during closing, we had a few hiccups caused by back-of-house issues with our lender, as well as the title company needing some additional information from the sellers and the county, and Ashley once again helped us navigate those challenges in the best way possible. As a result, we closed on time and have been living in a house that we absolutely love for the past 6 months or so. We'd recommend her to anyone and are so thankful we now have a rock-star agent to work with for whatever the future may bring for us.
